Villa SAX: Luxury and Comfort in St. Jean

Villa SAX, also known as SAX is a modern and fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom villa in the heart of St. Jean, just a stones throw from Nikki Beach. With Nikki beach across the street and shops, restaurants and Eden Rock all within minutes a car is rarely needed. And yet it is surprisingly calm at the villa, with road noise barely audible when the doors are closed and the air conditioning running.

The main floor is above the parking area with a cozy terrace and pool that compliments the colors of the bay beyond. The bright open living space has plenty of seating with the dining area and the modern, fully-equipped kitchen in the back.

The three bedrooms are on the main floor. On one side of the main living space is the master bedroom which offers a U.S. king size bed, a large dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower. On the other side of the living room is a smaller guest room with a European king size bed and ensuite bathroom, upon request, this room connects with the second master bedroom. The third bedroom is the second master with a European king size bed, small desk and ensuite bathroom and overlooks the Eden Rock from the far corner. All bedrooms have French satellite TV.

Villa SAX comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on Sundays and French holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
